Liquid Endurance is our glycerol concentrate for races and long training sessions in hot weather – it is primarily used for pre-event fluid loading (hyperhydration), but it can also be mixed into your bottle during the event. 15 ml of concentrate in 500–750 ml of water; 32 servings. Stimulant-free, vegan, gluten-free, no sugars and no added sugar. Glycerol has not been on the WADA Prohibited List since 2018.
Free from banned substances.
One of the biggest challenges of races and long training sessions in hot, humid weather is fluid balance: through sweat we often lose more fluid than we can replace along the way. Liquid Endurance is our glycerol concentrate for exactly this situation – it is primarily used for fluid loading (hyperhydration) before events in hot weather, but it can also be mixed into your bottle during the event.
Its main ingredient is glycerol, one of the most studied substances in sports-science research on hyperhydration, including meta-analyses. Glycerol has not been on the WADA Prohibited List since 2018.
In the 3 days before an event in hot weather, 2–3 times a day, mix 15 ml of Liquid Endurance with 500–750 ml of water and sip it slowly over 2–3 hours. During the event, add 30 ml to your first bottle. You’ll find the exact steps on the How to Use tab.
For most athletes, by 1–2% – that’s the extra fluid being retained. Weigh yourself every day: if you reach 3% above your starting body weight before the end of the loading period, stop loading, because more fluid than that brings no further advantage.
Yes. The 3-day loading isn’t a must: on long, hot training sessions or races, simply add 7–15 ml of Liquid Endurance to each large bottle.
One serving (15 ml) contains 4 g of carbohydrate, which comes from glycerol; glycerol is a sugar alcohol (polyol). It contains no sugars and no added sugar. The US label states 16 kcal per serving; calculated the EU way (polyols: 10 kJ/g), that’s approx. 10 kcal.
Yes! Your pre-race bottle can take Endurolytes Fizz and Liquid Endurance together – and if you also take a serving of Fully Charged alongside, you’ll be well prepared at the start line.
Yes: glycerol has not been on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List since 2018. As a competitive athlete, always check the list currently in force.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have heart or kidney disease, high blood pressure or a tendency to oedema, take medication or have a known medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
No: store it at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. It keeps its quality for 36 months from the date of manufacture.
During the event or training session: add 30 ml to your first bottle.
Without loading, as quick help in the heat: the 3-day loading isn’t a must. On long, hot training sessions, add 7–15 ml of Liquid Endurance to each large bottle.
Pro tips:
Glycerol (glycerin) – A colourless, mildly sweet-tasting sugar alcohol (polyol) that is also present in the body as part of fat metabolism. One of the most studied substances in research on fluid loading (hyperhydration) in athletes. Not on the WADA Prohibited List since 2018. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – A water-soluble vitamin; 4 mg per serving.
Beta-carotene – A colour of natural origin.
Natural flavouring, purified water – For flavour and as the base of the concentrate.

| **NRV: % of the nutrient reference value (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011). The values are based on the US label (per serving 4 g carbohydrate, 0 g sugars, 0 g added sugars, 0 mg sodium, 4 mg vitamin C); the carbohydrate comes from glycerol, so it is declared as polyols, and the energy value was calculated with the EU conversion factor (polyols: 10 kJ/g) – the US label states 16 kcal. Pack size: 32 servings (approx. 473 ml). Recommended use: see How to Use. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have heart or kidney disease, high blood pressure or a tendency to oedema, take medication or have a known medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Best before: see the packaging – if marked MFG (manufacture date), 36 months from the date of manufacture. Storage: at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight; no refrigeration needed. After opening, close the cap tightly. |
