MERU Sportcare

MERU Sportcare sports cosmetics with plant-based ingredients: for warming up, relaxing and cooling down after training, massage and skin protection. They absorb quickly and leave no greasy residue.

Which cream is for what?

Before training or racing – warm-up

  • MERU WARM – a gently warming gel without chili; for mild or cool weather, indoor training, and short to medium distances. Its effect doesn't intensify with movement or warm water.
  • MERU HOT – a strong chili warm-up cream for cold weather; the warmth lasts 1–2 hours and builds further as you move. Try a small amount first.

After training or racing – relaxing and cooling

  • MERU COOL – an icy cooling gel for tired, overworked muscles; even more intense straight from the freezer.
  • MERU HELP – cools first, then warms – for massaging and relaxing sore, overworked muscles. Also available in a 1000 ml size for massage therapists.

Magnesium for your skin

  • MERU Magnesium Oil Spray – a 30% magnesium chloride solution; spray it on your skin and massage it into your muscles before, during and after training. 250 ml and a pocket-size 50 ml.
  • MERU MAGNE – a magnesium massage cream and body lotion in one; it leaves less of a salty feel than the spray and is great for unwinding in the evening.

Joints, knocks and bruises

  • MERU FLEX – a neutral-feel massage gel with collagen, MSM, glucosamine and boswellia for massaging the area around stiff, hard-working joints, even several times a day.
  • MERU SOS – a lightly cooling gel with arnica and comfrey for caring for your skin after knocks, falls, bruises and twists.

Skin protection

  • MERU GUARD – a water-repellent anti-chafing balm for running, cycling and triathlon; it stays put even while you sweat. 30 ml, fits in your bag.

Body shaping alongside your training

  • MERU SLIM – an intensely warming body gel with L-carnitine and ginger for the skin of the belly, arms, thighs and hips, with a pineapple scent.
  • MERU SHAPE – a warming body gel with chili, caffeine and bladderwrack for smoother, firmer-looking skin.
