Each full dropper (1 ml) of Liquid EnDuro D contains 125 µg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 120 µg of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), in MCT oil. Mild-tasting and easy to take – for anyone who finds capsules hard to swallow or needs a higher dose of D3. 1 dropper a day, shaken before use.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, and to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.
1 ml = the D3 content of 2.5 EnDuro D softgels.
Free from banned substances.
Liquid EnDuro D is made for anyone who finds capsules hard to swallow or needs a higher dose of vitamin D3. One full dropper (1 ml) contains 125 µg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 120 µg of vitamin K2 in the well-utilised MK-7 form, in MCT oil. Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins that matter on their own, but we think they work best as a team.
Prefer a softgel? Choose EnDuro D (2000 IU D3 + MK-4 and MK-7). EnDuro D is also part of the Immunity Booster Kit and the Bone Health Kit.
In 1919 the German researcher Adolf Windaus described three forms of vitamin D: D1, D2 and D3. D1 turned out not to be pure vitamin D but a mixture of compounds, so the name was dropped. Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) is the plant-derived form. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the form your skin also makes when exposed to sunlight; we use D3 derived from lanolin because it raises the body’s vitamin D levels more effectively than D2.
Very: vitamin D receptors are found on almost every cell in the body – including immune cells. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. In winter, when there is barely enough sunlight for your skin to make vitamin D, we think it’s especially worth keeping an eye on your intake. That’s why EnDuro D softgels are also part of the Immunity Booster Kit.
Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin K activates certain proteins involved in calcium metabolism; vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones. That’s why we think the two make a good pair.
At times like this we think several nutrients matter together, not just calcium. This is the combination we recommend:
These products are also available together, at a better price, in the Bone Health Kit. In the case of a fracture or other injury, your doctor always decides on the treatment – a food supplement is no substitute for it.
Yes, the two are linked: the enzymes involved in forming the active form of vitamin D also need magnesium to work. If you pay attention to your vitamin D intake, we think you shouldn’t forget about magnesium either – that’s what Essential Mg is for, containing five well-utilised forms of magnesium.
Current regulations require nutrients to be listed by weight (mg, µg); the amount hasn’t changed, only the unit. For vitamin D, 1 IU = 0.025 µg, so 5000 IU = 125 µg.
The amount of vitamin D is based on the recommendation of Dr. Michael Holick, one of the best-known experts in vitamin D research. The amount of vitamin K2 (MK-7) was set based on the research carried out with it.
No tolerable upper intake level has been established for vitamin K, and studies with the vitamin K2 forms have shown low toxicity. There is one important exception: if you take anticoagulants (for example warfarin or acenocoumarol), only take Liquid EnDuro D with your doctor’s approval, because vitamin K affects how these medicines work.
Yes, always shake the bottle well before use.
One dropperful (1 ml) of the liquid version provides more vitamin D3 (125 µg, 5000 IU) and contains vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form only (120 µg). The softgel contains 50 µg (2000 IU) of D3 and two forms of vitamin K2 (1500 µg MK-4, 180 µg MK-7). The liquid is a good fit if you find capsules hard to swallow or need a higher D3 dose; if you want both forms of K2, you can combine the two.
Yes. Our supplements are made in accordance with US dietary supplement manufacturing regulations (21 CFR 111): every raw material used is tested for purity, potency, identity and integrity, and checked at every stage of production – blending, encapsulation, packaging materials and finished product – before it is released for sale.
Serving: 1 full dropper (1 ml) a day, with or without meals. Shake well before use.
If you want a higher D3 dose and both forms of vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7), choose from the options below:
If you take anticoagulants, only use it with your doctor’s approval.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – The form of vitamin D that your skin also makes when exposed to sunlight. We use D3 derived from lanolin (wool grease); it raises the body’s vitamin D levels more effectively than plant-derived D2. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, and to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7) – A fat-soluble form of vitamin K found mainly in fermented foods; research suggests it is better absorbed and stays in the bloodstream longer than vitamin K1. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.
MCT oil (from palm kernel and coconut) – An oil made of medium-chain triglycerides; the carrier for the fat-soluble vitamins.

| **NRV: % of the nutrient reference value (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011). Nutrition values are based on the US label. Pack size: 30 servings (30 ml). 1 IU of vitamin D = 0.025 µg. Recommended use: 1 full dropper (1 ml) a day; shake well before use (see How to Use). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. If you take anticoagulants (for example warfarin or acenocoumarol), only take this product with your doctor’s approval – vitamin K affects how these medicines work. Do not take together with other high-dose vitamin D products. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a known medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Best before: see the bottom of the packaging – if marked MFG (manufacture date), 4 years from the date of manufacture. Storage: between 5 and 30 °C, away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.
