EndurOmega is molecularly distilled, deodorised fish oil in soft gelatin capsules: 600 mg of omega-3 fatty acids in 2 softgels, including 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA, in the triglyceride form also found in fish. Every production batch is tested by an independent laboratory for purity and potency. Athletes take it as a daily foundation supplement and, during hard training blocks, as part of their recovery routine.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (2 softgels already provide this). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (at least 4 softgels a day).
EndurOmega is also part of the Daily Essential Kit Plus. Prefer to take it by the spoonful? Choose Liquid EndurOmega.
Free from banned substances.
Of the omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA are ones your body can barely make on its own, so you need to get them from your diet – mainly from oily sea fish. In our experience, though, few people eat enough fish on a regular basis. EndurOmega contains molecularly distilled, deodorised fish oil, precisely dosed in every softgel, with no fishy smell or taste.
If you’d rather take it by the spoonful than in softgels, choose Liquid EndurOmega: 1 teaspoon roughly matches the omega-3 content of 5 softgels.
In our view, Premium Insurance Caps, Race Caps Supreme, Mito Caps and EndurOmega together provide the most comprehensive foundation for both athletic performance and overall health. They are the cornerstones of the Hammer Nutrition range – worth taking every day, on training days and rest days alike.
Better value as a kit: Daily Essential Kit, Daily Essential Kit Plus (with EndurOmega).
We recommend 2–10 softgels a day with meals, split into several doses. 2 softgels a day provide 500 mg of EPA and DHA; if you also want to cover your DHA intake, we recommend at least 4 softgels a day. During hard training blocks, or if you rarely eat fish, many people go for the upper end of the range.
EndurOmega contains the triglyceride form, the form also found in fish. In one study, absorption of omega-3 in triglyceride form was 71% higher than that of the ethyl ester form.

Yes. The fish oil in EndurOmega is produced by Marine Ingredients AS in a GMP-registered (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility, and every production batch is tested for purity and potency by the independent Eurofins laboratory. The fish oil meets national and international purity standards and recommendations – including the requirements of CRN, GOED, IFOS, WHO, California’s Prop 65 and the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.).
In 2013, following a study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute (an analysis of the SELECT trial), many headlines claimed that higher blood omega-3 levels may be linked to the risk of prostate cancer [1]. In our view, no such conclusion can be drawn from it:
According to Dr. Peter Bongiorno, the authors drew far-reaching conclusions from a negligible difference [2]. Most large, long-term observational studies on the topic have not confirmed this link [3–6]. In our view, fish and fish oil are a valuable part of a balanced diet – and this study has not changed that view.

When it comes to diet, we think a Mediterranean-style way of eating is the best starting point: plenty of vegetables, legumes, whole grains, olive oil and fish. Among our supplements, we consider these a good choice:
If you have a diagnosed medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor before using food supplements.
We ship our products in heat-resistant packaging, but in prolonged heat soft gelatin capsules can stick together. Put the bottle in the fridge or freezer for a few hours, then shake or tap it and the softgels will separate. This does not affect their quality.
The softgel shell is made of gelatin from bovine collagen, glycerol and purified water, so the product is not vegetarian. The fish oil comes from anchovies, sardines and mackerel – do not take it if you have a fish allergy.
Yes. Our supplements are made in accordance with US dietary supplement manufacturing regulations (21 CFR 111): every raw material used is tested for purity, potency, identity and integrity, and checked at every stage of production – blending, encapsulation, packaging materials and finished product – before it is released for sale.
Dosage: 2–10 softgels a day, with meals. It’s best to split your daily amount into several doses.
Take it together with Race Caps Supreme: the fat-soluble coenzyme Q10, idebenone and vitamin E are better absorbed together with the fish oil.
Purified, concentrated omega-3 fish oil – From anchovies, sardines and mackerel, purified by molecular distillation and deodorised. It provides the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in triglyceride form.
Antioxidant blend (natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate) – Protects the stability of the fish oil. Tocopherols are the natural forms of vitamin E, rosemary extract comes from rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), and ascorbyl palmitate is the fat-soluble form of vitamin C.
Natural orange flavouring – To mask any fishy taste.
Softgel shell – Bovine gelatin, glycerol and purified water.

| Nutrition and active ingredient values are based on the US label. Pack size: 180 softgels (90 servings). The omega-3 content of 5 softgels roughly matches 1 teaspoon of Liquid EndurOmega. Recommended use: 2–10 softgels a day with meals, split into several doses (see How to Use). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. If you take anticoagulants or other medication, or have a known medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Best before: see the bottom of the packaging – if marked MFG (manufacture date), 4 years from the date of manufacture. Storage: between 5 and 30 °C, away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture; in the heat the softgels may stick together – if so, put them in the fridge for a few hours, then shake them apart. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Once opened, use within 6 months. |
