It’s always been a serious challenge to supply the body with enough fruits, vegetables, and other healthy ingredients to function optimally and enjoy outstanding health. Not anymore! While we still promote a diet rich in whole fruits and vegetables, we understand that’s not always possible. And even if you do eat fruits and veggies, there’s a good chance you’re still not getting enough to truly meet your body’s needs. Plus, given how busy our daily lives are, we often don’t have time to prepare high-quality, proper meals. That’s exactly where Hammer Greens helps! It delivers meaningful amounts of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other “superfoods,” offering a simple way to boost your daily intake and ensure your body gets the quality nutrition it craves and needs.
Capsules: Take 6 capsules daily with meals.
Powder: Mix 5 g of powder in approx. 250 ml of water or other desired liquid and consume with a meal.
Alfalfa Grass Powder – An excellent source of vitamin K, as well as other vitamins and minerals. It also contains numerous health-promoting compounds (e.g., saponins, coumarins, flavonoids, phytosterols, etc.) and has powerful antioxidant properties.
Apple Fiber – Apples contain both soluble and insoluble fibers that support gut health. Soluble fiber dissolves in water to form a gel-like substance that slows digestion. Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water but increases stool bulk, promoting regular bowel movements.
Apple Pectin – A soluble fiber extracted from apple peel. As a prebiotic, it supports healthy digestion and microbiome function and can also bind heavy metals in the digestive tract.
Asparagus Powder – High in quercetin, providing strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It’s also a good source of vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as various antioxidant polyphenols (e.g., gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, coumaric acid, ferulic acid). Its fiber content is notable, too.
Barley Grass Powder – Contains mainly insoluble fibers. Barley grass provides numerous beneficial polyphenols, vitamins C and K, and various amino acids.
Beet Juice Powder – Perhaps the best-known source of nitrates, which the body converts to nitric oxide (NO). Beet juice also contains betalains, which have strong antioxidant properties.
Broccoli Juice Powder – Rich in glucoraphanin, which converts to sulforaphane—a highly versatile antioxidant compound. It also contains lutein and zeaxanthin.
Brussels Sprout Powder – Its primary bioactive compounds are glucosinolates, which break down into isothiocyanates. It’s also an excellent source of vitamins C and K and folate, and contains carotenoids (beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin).
Chlorella – A single-celled green freshwater alga, perhaps the most vitamin- and mineral-dense “green food.” It provides a complete B-vitamin profile, as well as natural RNA and DNA, and abundant beta-carotene and lutein.
Horsetail Leaf – A plant-based source of silica that supports collagen production. Beneficial for skin, hair, nails, and bones. Also contains flavonoids, phenolic acids, phytosterols, and many other helpful compounds.
Artichoke Powder – One of the most nutrient-dense vegetables. Contains numerous health-promoting compounds that can positively affect many bodily functions.
Kale Leaf – Rich in polyphenols and flavonoids (especially quercetin and kaempferol), and an excellent source of beta-carotene and vitamins C and K. Like beet juice, it’s also high in nitrates that the body converts to NO.
Parsley Leaf – Contains potent antioxidant compounds, particularly myricetin and apigenin.
Pineapple Fruit Powder – In addition to numerous flavonoids and phenolic compounds, it contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme that assists protein breakdown and digestion, and it also has strong restorative effects.
Spinach Leaf – A nutrient-dense leafy green and an excellent source of vitamins C and K, folate (B9), iron, and calcium. It contains lutein and zeaxanthin and is rich in nitrates, helping increase nitric oxide levels in the body.
Spirulina Powder – Often called the ‘superfood of superfoods,’ rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants (e.g., superoxide dismutase—SOD). It’s an excellent source of chlorophyll and essential fatty acids and contains abundant phycocyanin. It also supports digestive health by serving as nourishment for beneficial gut bacteria.
