Shipments are delivered and delivered by GLS, FoxPost and MPL courier services. The delivery time of the product is explained by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email.

MPL Home delivery: 1,990 HUF /package +  5,000 HUF handling fee
Delivery to MPL parcel point: 990 HUF/package + 5,000 HUF handling costs

The handling cost for MPL deliveries will be charged after the order!

Collection fee: 650 HUF/package

The indicated prices include VAT! We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice in the event of a change in service provider prices.

GLS services:

Flexible delivery
Three delivery escorts! Already the first delivery attempt in depot cities can be requested after working hours between 5 and 8 p.m. When sending the package, we notify the recipient by e-mail that the package will be delivered on the next working day. The e-mail contains the package number and the possible cash on delivery amount. On the morning of the delivery day, the recipient receives a notification containing the phone number of the courier, the phone number of GLS Customer Service and a 3-hour window of expected delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, an e-mail notification will be sent to the recipients. Through the link provided in the e-mail, the addressee can record a delivery order, in which he can request delivery at a new time, to a different address, pick up the package in person at a GLS Parcel Point selected from a specific list, or refuse to pick up the package.


Advance notice
GLS informs the recipient via SMS on the morning of the package's delivery, which includes the package's identification number, the expected time of delivery within a 3-hour time interval (e.g. between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.), the amount of the cash on delivery (if it is part of the package) and the courier phone number.

Partial delivery

If there is an item among the ordered products that is not currently in stock, it can also be pre-ordered under the following conditions. After ordering, you can choose from two options.

One is that you wait until all the products you ordered arrive, so the total order value is taken into account when calculating the shipping cost,

You request partial delivery, in which case, if your total order reaches the free delivery price, we will only deliver the first item in stock free of charge, for the second delivery a delivery fee corresponding to the package weight will be charged.

If you order the products by cash on delivery, we will charge the cost of collection in both cases.

Cancellation of delivery

If the online store does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or because it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer of this. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that he is of legal age.
