HOW TO USE

Apply a thin layer to the desired area – for example around muscles and joints, or on dry, hard-working skin – and gently massage it in until fully absorbed. Use it straight after training or whenever you feel the need; you can repeat 1–2 more times a day.

As part of your daily routine, you can also use it alongside our oral Broad-Spectrum CBD Softgels or CBD Tincture.
